Modern vehicles carry more knowledge than any technician can keep in memory. We're building the system that will put that knowledge back within reach — at the moment of diagnosis, in the manufacturer's own words, and better with every job it sees.
A technician who has rebuilt a thousand engines can still lose a day to a fault the manufacturer already documented. The skill is intact. What changed is that the information moved — into service portals, bulletins and control-unit software the workshop cannot reach.
Experience still decides what to check first. It can no longer hold every bulletin, revision and control-unit variant a modern vehicle carries. That part is not a skill problem — it is a retrieval problem, and retrieval is something a machine can be held to account for.
A vehicle arrives with a complaint. Co-pilot finds what the manufacturer has already published about that exact vehicle, narrowed to the ones that mention the symptom — in their words, with the reference shown.

One thing we have not measured yet is whether a repair worked. That starts with the pilot. When a technician confirms a fix, we record it — and the confirmed outcomes get published right here, the same way these numbers are.
The first technicians through the door decide what Strata Co-pilot turns into — which faults it learns, which answers it earns the right to give. A small group, chosen for range rather than volume. You will hear from a person, not a sequence.
